Does anyone know how to get ride of the sound that my orthotics make when I am running, but more when I am walking? Its like a squeaking sound

Easy peasy - rub a bar of soap on the bottom of your orthotics :p

wobbly taught me the soap trick and it works like magic!! but then it stopped working and I realised that it was because I had been running through wet grass... time for another go!

I use talcum powder to get rid of the squeaking sound of my orthotics. You don't need much at all.
