Hi - I'm new to Sydney and have been exploring group training options before I settle on one. Can anyone recommend a club, squad or group training coach, based in the Eastern suburbs, which has members training for IM Western Australia 2008? I don't know many other triathletes in Sydney (yet). It will be my first full IM. I've done the Vineman half IM in California and NYC Marathon. Ready to commit to the full IM this year.
Thanks very much.

Hey WABound,
Welcome to Sydney and Coolrunning! I am sure there are some 'trannies' who will give you better advice, but in the meantime you can look up the Bondi BRATS club... they have some info on the links section of this site... Also Cheeky Monkey is a shop at the end of Clovelly Road near Centenial Park where a lot of tri types seem to hang out...
good luck!

Our tri club regularly rides from Centennial Park on weekends. No one is training for IMWA at the moment as everyone is focused on IMOZ in Port Macquarie in April - we have about 10 members racing.
We also run various distances at The Bay every Thursday evening but this might be a bit out of your way.
PM me if you are interested.
As Milov says BRATS are based in the eastern suburbs as are Bondifit.

Brats is what I was going to say as well. Not through experience, just from what I read on the internet.
I know it is pimping another forum but transitions may be more help
