1. Relaxed hands.
2. Both your knee and your foot should come up, though the knee should not come up above the fold of the hip, and the foot should not actually hit the butt.
3. Either neutral or slightly forward.
4. Forefoot. Mid-foot is a bit too far down, on the toes is too far up.
5. Arms should swing parallel to the direction of travel (not crossing the body), and really only ought to swing as far as it feels natural. If you are forcing your arms at all, then you're messing with your stride and balance.
6. That depends on how much endurance and mental strength you have, along with how you feel during the race.
