I got a bit of a strange question, ive been given a assignment for uni that has asked me to create a 12 month Training program for a 100meter Sprinter.
I must include:
-Strength and Conditioning
-Rehab
-Sprint Training
-Flexability
-Phases of Training (meso cycles)
I also need to include Bench Marks and goals for the athlete!
ANY INFORMATION WILL BE USEFUL SO PLEASE SHOWER ME WITH YOUR SUGGESTIONS!
