I am a huge fan of the nike waffles, used to have the blue and white ones now got a pair of aussie coloured ones which unfortunately the dog got the back of :-( still usable though! just wondering if anyone else had any experiences with them and whether you can still get them anywhere? i think they're the perfect cross country racing shoe when the ground's a bit harder and spikes aren't quite suitable.

I really like my pair. I was reading Anton Krupicka's blog and he reckons he put 3000 miles on a pair.

you can get them online from here

Haven't worn a pair of those in over 30 years.

Wow, are they still around?

If you're ever in Melbourne, go to the Nike factory outlet. I picked up an older version there for $45

They look nothing like the ones I wore Tim.

How could you get them in the waffle iron?
