i was a spectator at the mt wilson to bilpin run today,, and i had a great day watching everybody enjoyin themselves both running and helping out at the finish.
i wanna congradulate everyone one who competed today,, and im especially proud of my dad, who ran today, even though he hasnt been able to do any training bcaz of siatic nerve damage in his lower back.
there was no way my mum, nor his physio, could talk him out of it as this is one of his fave runs, but he promised us he wont run now again till he is 100%.
great effort dad,, top ten again,,
and a great efort to everyone who ran today, its wonderful to see somthing as simple as running can bring so much joy to so many people.
