Just wanting a quick bit of advice - I want to buy a pair of Asics 2130 which Australia stockists only seem to carry in a 2A or a D fitting.
I'm keen to buy them from the US as I have done in the past with my running shoes, but I would like to try them on locally first (at one of the big chains). The US site carries the B fitting, but I have only been able to try on the D fitting. I flutter between a size 9 and a 9.5 and I have an 'average' width foot.
So what I'm wondering is if I order the 9D because that is what I've tried on and it felt okay, or whether I should risk it and go a 9B (which potentially I might actually need a 9.5B?). How much impact will this D width have if I just have a normal width foot?

Hi Sunset,
I am wide across the fore foot and find the D fitting the best. I have Kayano's in a D fitting. I usually try on runners after I have been walking around a few hours as my feet tend to swell a fair bit, which can also make the difference between a 9 and a 9.5. Generally if I ever get the 9 I am back swapping it for the 9.5.
