I've had three years of back issues (and knee - all connected). Actually pelvic instability. As a result my stride (and my speed) have gone to pot. I've tried pose running as well so whereas I used to focus on knee lift, now I don't. I sort of don't know where I am. What drills/exercises might help me? I know my elasticity in my calves/feet is terrible, I can't jump for nuts. I have a Polar and can monitor cadence etc. I normally run at about the high 80's.
