Looking for a team who are registered for the BRW Triathlon 2009 already but who may have had someone drop out of their team and therefore need someone to fill in.

Will pay my share of course. Happy to train with or without the team leading up to the event. I did the first 2 Gatorade Triathlons at St Kilda (Nov 08) and Elwood (Dec 08) in the following times SWIM - Cancelled, 20km ride 39mins, 5km run 21mins. (swim was cancelled for both events but can swim 400m in sub 15mins) .

PS. I don't care whether you are elite athletes or absolutely hopeless or male or female. I just want to race!

I'm guessing your after the Melbourne one, since you mention St Kilda tri as an event you've done?

Hey Chris, I hope you managed to get a run in the BRW (Melb, 1st March'09).
I only joined CR forums last week so didn't see your message. Our company had 14 teams and ended up needing to get a couple of last minute replacements (due to illness, accidents, etc).
It turned out to be a windy day and choppy water in the bay - not ideal for good times ... but still as usual, great fun ... especially when you cross the finish line
