Watch out Canberra, she may be StayPuff by name, but she is EverReadyBunny by nature!
Seriously now, if you can get some time free to tour-guide StayPuff, you will be in for some fun. Her visit to Adelaide last year was one of the high highlights of my year!
(platonically of course!!)

Hi StayPuff;
Awesome to hear that you're coming to town. As the time draws nearer we'll have to arrange a get-together; perhaps a bit of a sight-see, a wee drink and maybe a jog around the lake (just as a warm up for your triathlon?
A.O.

And AO, once she gets her bearings she has got to go on one unguided run.
She did it here in Adelaide, and went the opposite direction to that recommended ... awesome.

Hells bells ... you're flying in! Please don't be put off Canberra when you arrive, as the roads around the airport are a bit of a shambles at present, with lots of road works a happenin'. I'll get onto the chief foreman out there tomorrow (so to speak), and see if he can hurry along the procedure a bit, so it'll be looking ship shape for your arrival.
Sounds like you'll be having a full on time when you're here ... but a catch up is a must.
My vote for the lake that you'll be splashing around in would be Lake Burley Griffin.
