Had a great speed session today 5x75-90secs/60sec steady Then 4x30-40secs/30 Steady, 5 mins steady between the first lot and the second lot total run of 14.2km in 60mins good days work.
Would have been nice to no how far the efforts where because i felt that i was really moving (Did it out on the road)

Just thought like letting you guys no.

No but i have school xc 2nd and 3rd week of next month

Sounds like a good session. Nothing better than the feeling you get when you run fast and strong.

You got a track near you to do interval work at? That's about the only way to accurately plot these efforts. Tartan track or grass is a bit easier on the legs too.

Why don't you start using the blog you set up for yourself:)? Saves having to make a new thread each time you have a good run.
