Lance Armstrong used plyometrics as part of his training program to return to cycling.
Has anyone tried plyometrics as part of their run training? I would consider cycling to be 'endurance' sport so perhaps some plyometric training would help for runners.
This is purely based on the assumption that Armstrong has "the best" at his disposal. When I investigated it I was not sure about the injury hazards.

if your search for CR JasonM (he might reply here anyway), he has or did have a good summary of the ones he does on his blog, which is in his signature (he coaches as well). i did some for a while before i got slack. i've written some of those to keep in training notes if you're stuck.
