Hi all
Does anyone know of a good pod in Penrith? First I've been to was just through advertising, but I'd like to get a second opinion.
Thanks, have a great weekend!

"Good" is relative.....
Brendon Brown at A Step Ahead is opposite K-mart Auto near Nepean Square shopping centre. Made me a set that Ihaven't had any complaints about.
Rob Standen Penrith Physiotherapy also does a good job and is very athlete oriented.

Sorry for the delay,
Was just reading your Post.
I was having lots of foot pain when i was running, and i saw a Pysio without any relief so i went to a Podiatrist Christopher Scanlon in Penrith. He does a lot of Sports people. He is the Podiatrist for the Sydney Roosters this year. He knew his stuff, and my orthotics are great, and my pain is know completely gone. Give him a go if you've had no success anywhere else yet.
Good Luck
Pete
