The 2009 TSO Triathlon Training Camp is going ahead! July 22-26 in Hawks Nest.

Registration is closing VERY SOON! Please get in early so that we can finalise bookings....

We currently have 17 athletes that have expressed interest. It will be great preparation for the World Championships (Olympic and Ironman).

You have the opportunity to learn from professional athletes and coaches, plus meet lots of new people!

BONUS: We are looking at including a FREE lactate test in the camp to determine your anaerobic threshold!
