But seriously if Alex rowe is as good as they say he is ( he would need a sub 1:50 ) then he's the man, but Kane is the best junior male over 1500 at the moment thats 4 sure

pretty sweet start 4 our boys, you would have to think they were only doing 90%.
I think they will both make the final and hopefully a sub 1:50 to finish?

Oops, getting ahead of myself.
We seem to be doing very well so far.

Grimster through to final in 3:50, and conner did a 3:52, will be a great final with both these guys in it, the competition looks a bit slick for either to get a medal though ? both heats were won in a fast 3:45 by Kenyans, so maybe close to 3:40 given a fast final WOW
Bronte Grange did a massive 2:10 in her 800m heat unbelievable she is flyin, WOW again.
Both our boys in the sprint hurdles got through with high placings as well. All good so far

Jordan williamsz is out of the 800 final
but Alex Rowe made it thorugh with a 1:50.95 wonder if he can go under 1:50 now ? maybe he is saving his best for last.

looks like Alex didnt have the endurance to see it out, went 1:52 in the final. Still 5th place is great in a world championship and is similiar to what gregson did in the 1500 a couple of years back and we all know how good he is now. Well done to all the aussies who went over and put themselves on the line. Just waiting for Kane Grimters 1500 final now
