Hi Guys,
I am just new to coolrunning, and am hoping to get your thoughts.
I'm building a website dedicated to sprinting, with the aim of having a one-stop shop for training and technique tips for sprinters. I want the site to be really accessible, so even if you are new to sprinting, it will be easy for you to get the info you are looking for.
I've only just started posting up articles, and am looking for a bit of feedback on what info people would like to see on the site.
The site is www.sprintingpower.com (also in my signature).
Would be great to get any thoughts.

Also, curious what other sites sprinters might currently go to for info, if any at all?

Cheers,
JR

Thanks for checking it out walker1st.

I wasn't planning on including a discussion forum, given the forums like this that already exist. If there was an appetite for one though, i could definitely look into it down the track.

i think its great, im no sprinter but to get faster over 800 you have to get faster over 400 and then over 200 etc, so all runners can benifit from sprint training, and plyometrics etc. I have added this site to my Fav list !!! any running site is ace in my book

Thanks LOVE22RUN - I appreciate the feedback, and also the add to your Fav's.
I'm hoping that the info in the current and future articles will be a good reference. Whilst made for sprinters, it would be great if it could even be a reference for non-runners also (rugby players, football players, etc).
As mentioned, any suggestions on articles that would be of interest to a 800-3km runner like yourself, please let me know.

Nice little website you got there. Neat. Is the Wordpress theme a premium one, or a freebie?

Thanks jonners - the theme is a free one. It is called Branford Magazine if you want to get it for yourself.
