Does anyone know if they are having pacesetters for the Marathon? I had a look but couldn't see anything on the website.

Do you mean pacers of the 3, 3.15 etc variety? If so there is a thread here (delete melb link) or maybe get the answer on the main thread (delete Melb link) or maybe someone (delete Melb link) might know the answer.
Lots of information. Best bet just to ask the question in one of the threads, as opposed to a new thread just for a question.
Good Luck

I was curious about the Perth City to Surf Marathon. I posted it on its own to bring it to the attention of those who may be in the know and not just scrolling through forums, sorry if this inconveniences you.

Rod this is the Perth City to Surf thread/section so the right place to ask if there will be pacers in the Perth C2S Marathon.
Unfortunately kg, I have no idea, sorry I can't help. There is an FAQ section on the activ website so maybe try there? Otherwise try emailing them. The FAQ section was the only place we could find out when each event started, strangely.

Please let us know - I'd love a sub 3.20 pacer as I don't wear a watch or GPS. Thanks

Copy. Misread and thought it was for Melbourne. Title thru me with pacesetters only and didnt see it linked under Perth.
Disregard the melbourne links. I will remove them.

Rebel Sport City to Surf for Activ are yet to confirm Pace runners and we cannot guarantee at this stage that they will be in attendance on the day. However, please note that Pace bands will be available at the Rebel Sport City to Surf for Activ Expo between Thursday 27 August, Friday 28 August and 30 August 2009.
