I am not sure what was only a matter of time.
The official JAM athletics statement is, that the athletes took a substance that is NOT on the banned list, yet they made them to admiit it.
how is that possible ?

They tested positive for methylxanthine at Jamaica's championships in June, but were initially cleared by a disciplinary panel on the basis it was not on the World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada) banned list.

It's a bit like saying "But I'm not responsible for killing the pedestrian officer as this is my friends car and how was I to know it would behave the same as mine". The JADCO want to ban them - their own body.
