I have just swapped over to one of these saddles and cant believe the difference in comfort on the bike. I had tried quite a few others before but still found I was getting the ol' dreaded numbness. I also found I would have to move around alot (even on short rides) to get the blood flowing again. The ISM was comfortable from the very first ride, no breaking in period, just get on and happy undercarriage!!!! No affiliation, just a very happy customer.

I saw one of these at the expo at LD Worlds. From all accounts they really do help improve saddle comfort a lot. If I was still doing IM I'd be pretty tempted to get one, but I can't justify the expense for the amount of riding I'm doing lately.
