don't know, but one is a real world activity/skill, the other is who-knows-what...
I am presuming you are injured.
At least by cycling you can train for cycling events. No-one organizes aqua-jogging events.

It depends on the context - what injury are you doing rehab for?
I did both for my calf problems and always got a better cardio workout from cycling but i believe the "aquaplyo's" really helped.
I wanted to try and keep the fitness i had built but my primary focus was rehabilitating my injury as fast as possible.
cheers
Dave

Thanks guys, true there are no aquajogging events, my injury is plantar fasciitis on my right foot now, i had it on the left 2 years ago and as ti was very bad I had had it for 1 year, I had surgery for it and the outcome is good, no pain.

Deep water will maintain running form and is extremely beneficial while recovering from injury. I combine this with RPM class/bike for cardio and have been able to come back from injury at the same k's as I was prior to injury. To replace my long run I would do 1hr bike followed by 1hr dwr, too boring just in water.
