hi guys - I've recently got a sore leg...so it happens when I sit on the loo...on the right leg...after getting my husband to press around we discovered it's in the inside left hand side of my leg/thigh...i can walk fine etc but feel it when I've finished running...stretching my thigh doesn't make a difference - i don't feel the pain...
any ideas a) what it is and
how to stretch/fix it?

Hi,
your description of your pain is pretty unusual... it can be a bit of everything. try to explain a bit more what movements make your leg better/worse, then we can give a try...

Hi Leo - it literally hurts when I sit on the loo - it feels like the inside left is pulling..i've tried groin stretching - it isn't the groin...feels muscle related but I've really no idea...it's ok when I walk etc I can't feel anything...

Based on this info, I can think in two possibilities: 1) some compressive syndrome (such as piriformis syndrome, etc) or simple some trigger point in the hip/thigh area... but this is still a guessing exercise... I would suggest you to visit a good physio or sports doctor...
It does not seem serious, but it would be good if you check this.
best wishes!
