Hi all

I've been in a cast for 25 days and can feel the inevitable weight gain of enforced sloth starting to creep on. Cast won't come off til at least Jan 27 so another 4 and a half weeks like this...I need to do something! I'm thinking that as long as I can coordinate getting on and off a bike on my good side, stationary cycling might be viable, even if it's slow and careful it wld be better than nothing!

So as the heading says, I'm hoping someone out there might have an old wind trainer or just one that's gathering dust that they may be able to lend me for a while!

I'm in Balmain but happy to drive and pick up!

Thanks :D

Hi Stella, great to hear you are in a position to do something. I don't have one to lend but I did notice at Kmart recently they now sell them and they were much cheaper than I had expected. I am sure the quality is not all there but may do as an interim measure. All the best, K
