Newcastle Foreshore Triathlon will take place on 28th Feb 2010.

Swim: 400mtrs
Ride: 16km
Run: 4km

This is a nice little tri put on by the club I was a member of last year. Depending on how the injury goes, I might be keen to have another go at it this year.
