Do any Coolrunners know where to buy Asics Speedstar 4's in Oz???

my local shop offered to get a pair in for me, but I saw on a US site that they're not available until 03/01 - which I took to mean March 1st.

no in America they do it backwards so 3 of jan

Regardless of whether it is March 1st or January 3rd, no place in Australia would get them ahead of Leo Russell's Sports Store.

Yes, they do write the date backwards. Which is why 03/01 is 1st March.

I got an email from the team at Asics, they're stock of the speedstar 4 lands mid Jan so you can expect the stores to be stocking it about 1 or 2 weeks after that, Can't wait to get it in here and have a good run in it.

good to hear. In need of a new pair of the speedstars. Will try contacting stringer sports too. They've been my Oz source of Asics

and no womens (yet?). RRP is $180, so still slightly cheaper.

I just ordered some 3's from the US this morning; should come in at around AU$120 delivered.

post deleted due to being against coolrunning policy of not publicly naming overseas websites. Please use PM for this. Asics are a problem anyway as they have very strong rules regarding supplying to Australia-so keep quiet if you do know of a retailer who will export here.
