hey guys
i've been running for a long time now but only recently started to take it more seriously, train harder and enter more events.
the trouble is i don't know the exact sort of nutrition when i'm training this much.
right now i've started my training for the SMH half marathon, and i don't know whether i'm eating too much or not enough for the amount of training. i don't want to put on weight but i don't want to lose too much either because i'm only 46.5 kilos.
any suggestiuons would be much appreciated
