Hi
I will be running this race for the first time.
I have no idea what I am in for.
And I usually like to have a profile map of the race before I start.
Does anyone have a profile of the Megalong Mega.
I hate running up hills, so I need to know what I have to know what I have to prepare for.
cheers
ss

Hi Fallingangel,

Look at the profile of Six Foot on the Six Foot website and refer to the section between 8kms and 26kms, and there's your MM profile.

Heres the link: http://www.sixfoot.c...profile-big.jpg

See you out there.

That is easily fixed walk the hills run the rest.
Lots of people will end up doing that any way.

Can I ask why you are doing Six Foot if you don't like hills? Seems a bit odd. There are flatter races
