Great effort - just over 2 mins away from Kiplagats World best 1:06:25 and a 50s outside of Kerryn McCann's Aussie best 1:07:48 (iaaf half mara records).

Wow she is coming on strong, look at the 10km split of 32.25. That is 5 sec slower than the Zatopak winning time!! I can't wait to see her run a Marathon.

Here is my big prediction Chapple for a medal in the marathon at the Commonwealth games!
