Hi, I was just wondering whether or not the 'alternate' route for slow runners is easy to follow. More importantly, if anyone last year was a 'slow' runner who had to run on the footpath, was there much congestion from the public, and were there plenty of other runners still visible to give you a clue as to whether you are going the right way. I have seen the map etc but don't want to go down the wrong tan track etc. I will hopefully be about 5 - 5.5 hrs (hopefully under 24hr more like it). Also were the aid stations still relatively well stocked, and were they still interested in us plodders. Thanks in advance
