My wife ;)  & I took a 12.2k slow run today. At about the 3 k mark we noticed that we both had much wind :D . Starting counting & it was ridiculous (100 + between us, is this normal?). We eat fruit and veg every day but not in extreme quantities. We are feeling great & this is not really a concern. Just curious if others experience the same. Have you ever ran behind this type of runner????

I've checked with the BOM, and it will be gone by tomorrow morning.

The coastal winds won't be blowing in tune with Karen's stride turnover though. This will render them void ;)
