Here is my training schedule leading to the Six Foot Track, and if you are in S-E QLD, feel free to join us.

If you are planning to run somewhere between 5hrs and 7hrs, you will be comfortable with in our group.

Those who have trained with us over the last 12 years, and in particular those who run the Sunday Runs, have never missed the cut-off, except for those who ran 'injured'. :D

I'd like to join you guys for some of the runs although I wasnt planning on doing the 6'ft this next year. Is there any chance you can revise the schedule and fit in a lamington run in november? I wanted to do it but missed the cut off the entries filled before I had a chance to register:(

Can't do the commute from Tamborine Mountain, much as I'd love to join you! Wanted to say thanks very much for posting anyway - a useful reference and gives me some ideas for structuring training and balancing road and trail.

Cheers,

Sue

Hi Digger,

I will be in Brisbane between Christmas and New Year and if the foot stress fracture is sorted, I would like to join you on a couple of runs.  I'm a 6:41 6footer. It would also be good to meet someone who has been mentioned on Marathon Talk.

There's a fatass from The Gap to Mt Nebo on Tuesday 28 Dec.  Thread here.  Ideal 6' training!

Don't forget Hares N' Hounds on Jan 9, and Mt Glorious on Feb 6.  Details on the TRAQ website.
