Hi everyone,

I would like to start training for C2S and aim to finish it in under 75mn. I ran it in 76mn last year.
I had a look at the training programs on the C2s website and could not figure out which one of the intermediate or advanced programs would better suit my time goal?

Any ideas or suggestions?  :Batting Eyelashes:

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Khadinoz,
The intermediate programme looks tough enough (easily) for your aims.
If you feel tired one week - I'd suggest dropping the recovery run on the Sunday - particularly the 9k one the week before the run -
If on the other hand you are feeling strong, I'd find a hilly course to run on - short hills that you can try and run up aid strength.
Finally and personally I wouldn't be running the 2 days before the race if I wanted to save my energy.

I'm a 70-72min runner.
