I have given up on my physio who doesn't seem to care or understand the importance of getting me back up and running a.s.a.p and have decided to look elsewhere. Can anyone recommend a good physio in the Adelaide metro area, who preferably is a runner themselves?
Thanks for any help!

I've had good advice on low back pain and anterior knee pain at Ward Street Physio in N Adelaide. Have seen 3 different physios, all good. 2 have Masters in sports physio, and 1 of these 2 is a recent marathoner.
Good luck,wherever you go!

I can recommend Andrew Clarkson in Highgate and Luke Ryan in Kilkenny - both have helped me with running injuries. Good luck
