Are you up to the challenge?

Sunday 30th October, 8 am. Gosford on the Central Coast.

This is the second year for the Rumbalara Bush Run which promises to challenge you again this year.
Slight course improvements thanks to some 2010 runners input, along with an earlier start (not so hot) will assist runners along the run.
A shorter 6km run is to be added this year to the 12.5km and 16 km courses that were run last year.
Information will be updated on the website and via facebook regarding the course lengths and climb etc, so go to www.coastalrunner.com where you will find the Rumbalara event site.

Need more information? Contact Colin via details on the website. http://www.coastalrunner.com

Just finished the Rumbalara Run. And what a run! Well done to the organisers and sponsors. A good turn out and apart from the humidity, the weather was kind. Had a passenger for the last half of the race, picked up a leech in the forest which gorged itself and dropped off at the end. Now have a blood soaked shoe. Unfortunately during the last km, thumb up bum mind in neutral, blindly followed the runner in front who was following the runner in front of him and missed the home turn. Did an extra km as a result. All part of the experience. Have to come back next year to do it properly I guess.
