There are eighteen aid stations along the way where you can have a drop bag.  That's not counting the non-drop-bag checkpoints where you can probably get a couple of sweets and a cup of water.  The checkpoints are friendly, and after a few hours they aren't so busy they can't help you to fill your pack or whatever.  If you don't get a crew don't stress too much, I didn't use a crew last year for the 100 km and I won't use one this year for the 100 miles.

On the other thread there was a link to a spreadsheet with distances and times for the checkpoints.  Go over that and have a look at the duration between checkpoints, and it will give you a good idea of what to put into each checkpoint's drop bag.  If you have any issues with that, put a couple of questions up here and we'll all share whatever we can contribute.

Checkpoints 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 and 10 provided they are clearly labelled and handed in by 5.30am Saturday ,
