What I'm wondering is, do any of the Garmin's have the option to change the time for each interval and are they capable of up to 10 per workout?
Example, Say I'm going for a run for 60 mins and I have 7 intervals within that 60 mins because I want to vary my intensity etc

So I'll be working on an intensity of 1-10. 1 being easy and 10 being fatigue

Interval 1)  1-10 mins   4
Interval 2) 11-18 mins   7
Interval 3) 19-26 mins   9
Interval 4) 27-34 mins   4
Interval 5) 35-42 mins   7
Interval 6) 43-50 mins   9
Interval 7) 51-60 mins   4

So i'll just need say, Interval 1) 10 mins, Interval 2) 8 mins etc
Are the Garmin's capable of this?  Also am I able to do this with a split timer?

Thanks in advanced

It may be doable by uploading an advanced workout to the device. To do so, you will need the Garmin Training Center software, which can be downloaded from the garmin website, set up an advanced workout, then send it to your garmin. There is also a new feature on the garmin connect web site which I haven't tried, but entails setting up workouts and sending them to your device.

Great! Thanks for the reply.  I'll go and check it now :)

Edit: Wow! That's even better then I expected it to be.  I created a workout with 10 intervals with 10 different times so that's me sorted.

Thanks again
