Just a warning in case anyone is as silly as me and is thinking about getting this watch. DON'T! It is HORRIBLE.

Problems with this watch:
1. Takes ages to pick up satellites. I would wait, wait and then eventually just head off on my run and it would sometimes not work until over a 1km into my run. It can't track time unless the satellite is working.
2. Pace tracking: the watch does not give you an measure of your current pace, but a sort of rolling average. So, you'll change pace and this will be reflected, sort of, about 1min later. Useless - unless you want just average pace.
3. Interval Training: Just unusable, awful. It only lets you track 1km or 1min intervals. That's right. No 400m or 800m or 1mile or 30sec repeats.
4* There are many other problems too (very annoying buttons and user interface, lack of display options, hard to read display, no pause/restart function (ie: you stop your workout, then restart it, it starts a whole new session) etc, etc) all of which are important limitations also.

The Customer service was terrible too. I stuck with the watch and tried these issues with the Bryton people and their response was to first deny any problems, then admit them, but say the watch never promised such features and then just ignored me.

I've got a Garmin 610 now, it's more expensive, but works!
