I have started a Friday afternoon coaching session up at Pitt Park Wentworth Falls
This is for anyone in the Upper Blue Mountains who would like to improve on their speed, strength & technique.
  It does matter if your a beginner or you have been running for almost 10years everyone is welcome.
So if anyone interested feel free to turn up, the session starts at 5.30pm and fees is $10 per person.
Now if the athletic track is to wet we normally move the venue to Catalina Park (the old race track) in Katoomba.

Highly reccommend Sprinters sessions. From track to ultra, slow to fast, you will benefit!
