Hi everyone,

I'm looking at getting some new shoes, I'm eyeing off the Nike Free Run 2, the Nike Dual Fusion ST 2 and the Adidas Fluid Trainer. All seem to have decent reviews and I'm lost...advice?

I only really run on the treadmill, though I do like to go on walks outside on pavement/sidewalks. These would also be my all around gym shoes if it helps at all :)

Thanks in advance

hi rhiannonc,
have just bought a pair of free run 2 and love them just be careful don't have a lot of support. Ive just put a pair of brooks pure flow on layby as they are probably one of the most comfortable running shoes i have ever tried on but only avaliable from athletes foot . Youre best bet is to go to a specialty running shop and get fitted for a pair. Asics are usually a pretty good shoe hope have been some help and im sure there are alot of others on here with some good advice. Good luck Posted Image
