Top run by Michael Shelley to get 10th place in 61.27 followed by Ben St Lawrence at 17th in 62.51 and Collis Birmingham a 23rd placer in 63.10.Winner was an inevitable Kenyan in 59+.
Lisa Weightman a creditable 7th at 70.10 in Womens field with an overall 45th in the dual field.
Congrats,a lot of good runners behind ours.

Shelley and Birmingham were PB's and St Lawrence was a debut at the half. From the results it looked like the 1st 3 were ahead by the 5k mark and stayed there and Shelley was in a big pack for most of the race and was out of 4th place by only 8 secs.
