Hi All,
So 2 weeks ago I went out for a 2km run, got home had a shower and felt as good as I ever have. Pretty much had an epiphany, got on the computer and entered for the Barossa Half marathon., what the hell? Over the past two weeks I have run 3 times, a 6km, 9km and a 12km run. I haven't done any running for about 4 years although I would consider myself a natural runner/fit person. with only a few weeks to go I need to know if I should keep the k's up or drop down?
I have also entered in a 12km race 14 days after, is this safe? and is it wise to enter the GC Half marathon a month or so later? I am over enthusiastic at the moment but need some advice as to what to do.
Any tips??
