My PB for this course is 45:30 in 2010, which seems like a lifetime ago.
I *might* be able to approach that, but lack of regular training may scupper me.
Looking forward to seeing some regulars :-)

On a whim, entered this one yesterday. I was planning on a longish run on Sunday anyway and decided I might as well have a crack at a real race, since LouBee seems to have inadvertently encouraged me to have a crack at 6 Inch this year.
Look forward to seeing some of the Blue and Yellow peeps on Sunday.

Hopefully it's not going to be too brisk in the morning!

Helped set up today, all looking good and over 700 entries. Going to be a cracker.

I plodded along quite nicely and had no major issues with the exception of an ITB niggle around the 8k mark which I refused to make me slow to a walk and I simply battled through it. I'll be spending some time on the evil foam roller later today in an effort to sort that out.
Nice to see Lou after such a long time. Sorry to hear about your stack and damaged tights (see, skirts definitely are the way to go). I'm looking forward to catch up with you more often.
Felt a little strange not seeing any blue and yellow out there. On the east coast, it's everywhere!! Runners and supporters alike.
Thanks for the great day WAMC and all the volunteers, without you there wouldn't be a race.
Next run for me is the Pancake 5k before the Sydney C2S.

Early K's were good averaging 4:40, enjoying some unexpected pacing with JodieCK, so can take that away as recovering well from last marathon.
Big congrats on your pb, good run.

Around 48 mins for me, felt my right calf go after the Causeway and was never the same afterwards.
If calf heals will try the Pancake Run 15k on 5th Aug.

That's no good. Hope you're not to banged up.
I wasn't feeling the best today, didn't expect to PB so I'm pretty happy with the result.

I saw someone take a decent tumble just after the start where you loop back to head back towards the club.
He got back up but it couldn't have been a great start.
