Hi guys,
Just wondering if any runners who did New York last year have received their finisher certificate and results book.
It's been over 8 months which makes me think mine is probably lost somewhere.
Cheers

Hi Salt
No - nothing received here - we sent them a mail about a wee ago and they asked for a mailing address - so fingers crossed may be worth sending them a mail as well

Thanks DSL.
What email address did you use as I've tried a couple of times and got no reply.
Cheers

I am still waiting for my certificate for the 2006 marathon! After numerous emails I just gave up trying. So this is the only blemish on a wonderful event.

Americans are crap at mailing things overseas.
Either they won't do it..
OR stage 1 is they put domestic postage on it and mail it, then when it gets returned to them...
stage 2 they might get around to putting proper postage on it.
Stage 2 might not happen because they might not have a 'field' to input your country, or the adress gets rejected because it doesn't have a five digit zip code.
(I assume an international marathon like NYC isn't quite so haphazard... this is just me venting about my usual dealings with the USA)

None of our group has received a certificate either. Funny because they were very prompt replacing our finishers medals that tarnished with in weeks of receiving them.

I have sent an email to this address, thanks Salt. I don't rate my chances of getting a certificate from 2006 very highly but the process entertains me.

Hi Guys.
Just thought I would let you know that I got my certificate and magazine today. So I am really happy to say the least.
Hope everyone else has the same success.
