WAMC LAKE JOONDALUP RUN (5 or 10km)

The 10km race is also the Athletics WA State 10km Road Championship.

Where: Rotary Park, Scenic Drive, Wanneroo

When: 0800 (8am) this Sunday 15 July 2012.

Entry:  $5 WAMC Members and $15 for non-members.

Your can register for this race at http://www.registern...er.aspx?ID=6713

Members who register online simply turn up on the day and run with their club number. Non-members who register online also will be required to pick up a chest number on race day.

This service is being offered in an attempt to cut down on congestion at the registration tables.

Entry is also available on the day. Please register at least 30 minutes before the start of the race.

Course: This is a fast course, mostly on the road and shared path. A chance for a PB. 1 lap=5km, 2 laps= 10km  course map see http://www.wamc.org....P2012course.pdf

This is without doubt the blue ribbon event in the WAMC calendar. Very well organized and guaranteed perfect conditions. All who run will get PB's...

Is it a short course, BK? Muffins? Pancakes? How perfect are you talking here? Not for me, of course, still altitude training...
