I have found over the last 4 summers that my feet really arc up when running.
I get soreness in the balls of my feet and the feet tend to get a burning feeling.
I usually kicks in after about 5k and can really hamper what should be a great run.
Recommendations please . Also can you include your recommendation for socks.
I am currently wearing Brooks Cascadia 12 shoes and Nike Dri Fit socks.

My sock recommendation is steigen socks....but I think the shoes can be the problem for hot feet more than socks.
Socks more of an issue if you get blisters etc

What other brands/models have you tried that also ended in foot pain?
What surface are you running on?

Second vote for injinji socks. I have been wearing them for years. No hot spots, no movement on feet, no blisters, and seem to wick away any moisture pretty well. Last a long time too.

What is the connection StevTuff?
SMH had a story this weekend on Red Hot Chili Peppers founding member and bassist Flea.
They were famous for wearing socks on stage.
Neither I or a paper of such standing would suggest they needed your services.
