Anyone here watched the film?

I watched it over the weekend and it definitely got me thinking even more about nutrition, diet, and the impact of our food on the climate and environment.

My boyfriend and I found it very interesting. Iím between veggie and 100% plant based  so it gave me the push to properly become 100% plant based.
My boyfriend does eat meat, dairy etc but he also found it interesting and has been eating more vegan meals with me lately.

I have not heard of this one Jindalee, i will look it up. There are plenty of good books around on the topic as well. But one thing that bothers me is that a lot of the 'plant based' foods that are being marketed now as 'healthy alternatives' or 'vegie products that are made to imitate meat' are that it would be more healthy to eat cardboard as they are so processed and full of crap. Big companies trying to cash in on vegan popularity. Might be good for the animals to have less meat eaters out there, and good for the planet too, but not so good for humans to be eating some of the 'substitutes'. What is wrong with just eating the vegies as they are???? So easy, and so much better for your health!! You can do so much with vegies without adding all the crap and turning them into 'meat substitutes!!'

^ I think this is the film my wife recently watched.

She mentioned that one of the claims made was that plant based diet results in better erections........not sure why she singled this out to tell me.
