The TV show "Beyond Tomorrow" showed a new invention tonight, a sole suitable for all sports shoes, that has the ability to dissipate torque/torsion such as twisting and shock waves to the ankles and knees.
The two inventors have spent some 15 years developing the sole to be incorporated into running shoes. The first production run has been completed and the shoe should be available by the end of this year.
Australian university tests shown on the program were impressive, in that, they demonstrated a 30% reduction in shock being transmitted to ankles and knee joints.
There was no mention of which shoe company the inventors have given a licence to. Does anyone have further info on this?
