Hi,
I desperately need about 10 pairs of Wigwam Ultimax 'Triathlete Ultra-Lite' socks.

All my pairs are on their last legs (excuse the pun) and I can't run in anything else.

I'm having trouble finding a stockist that will ship to Australia - I've always bought them in the US previously.

Does anyone know a store that stocks them in Australia (or at least could order them)? I had a look in Paddy Palin but they only have the thick hiking type wigmam socks and couldn't them in.

Thanks,
Rabbit

Sadly I have the same problem, though with another sock, and resorted to having them bought from my ex-local running store in Vancouver, Canada and shipped to Australia. You can import up to $500- worth of goods before getting hit with GST coming into Australia. You have to pay postage, but at least you get the socks.

There has been a lot of new socks available on the market lately in Australia, utilising coolmax fabrics in many colours. Lorpen has great (though thicker) socks (carried by Bogong here in Melbourne), Kathmandu carries their own coolmax medium weight coolmax sock, even Ray's tent city has them these days. But the problem is that there are very few light-weight coolmax socks available.

Online I found runningunlimited who carries your socks and may ship to Oz.

Alternatively, you can contact Forerunner's in Vancouver for orders on orders@forerunners.ca and their website is Forerunners.

Hope that helps
Pasty

Go here

Three pack for US$19.99 and they ship to Australia. I have bought through RoadRunnerSports several times and they have always delivered. They claim to be the largest running sports store in the world.

I reckon Southside Runners sells them at Sutherland, but don't quote me.
