Hi all,

After next Tuesday's Gunn Run, (www.heartnsole.com.au), we are chuffed to have the Brooks podiatrist, Ollie, coming in to present to the group on choosing the right running shoe.

For those that have not yet experienced:

A: The Gunn Run
B: The really tasty microbrew beer from The Gunn Island Brewbar,

please come along. $6 gets you a measured 5Km (or 3Km), your time recorded and up on the website to gloat to your friends, and a beer/softdrink - along with the chance to win a weekly spot prize. We had 28 runners last Tuesday, with 5Km times from 18.07 to 29 minutes.

If you just want to come along for the talk, please do, but a gold coin donation would be appreciated - this will be going to next weeks Relay for Life - the Gunn Runners have a team - Keep an eye out for me - Alan.

NB: A regular CR Gunn Runner has threatened to do a PB this week - Sub 23 - I'll feedback his progress...... :D
