Check US forums such as www.letsrun.com, the 'minimalist movement' is in full swing.
Personally I'm a subscriber: after a trillion injuries I trainalmost exclusively in flats. I'd sooner run in my Volleys than Brooks Beasts or some other built-up shoe.
