I am interested in buying either 1) Mizuno Wave Renegade II 2) Brooks Addiction 6 or 3) Asics Gel Evolution since I have flat feet and over pronate. I will be buying the shoes online.

In my experience the fit / size of shoes varies with various manufacturers. For reference, I have been wearing the Nike Air Pegasus 2004 in size 9 (US); 42.5 (EUR) standard width with orthotics for sometime now and I find the size very comfortable. Can you please recommend an equivalent size in the Mizuno / Brooks / Asics.

Mohan,

You need to try shoes on at a specialist running store. The personal side of buying shoes cannot be forgotten in this era of ebay.
Once you determine exactly what suits you then you can look at future buying options.
Your profile does not state where you live but if it is in Melbourne I recommend a vist to Runners World in Kew.

Mohan Apte

I was at Randwick Running shop on Friday and tried on a range of shoes from Asics, Mizuno and Brooks. I found the sizes were also fairly similar. I have found however that even though my current shoes are Mizuno Wave Riders Size 12 all the shoes I tried on were size 11, so it would seem there can even be a difference on the same brand.

I eventually decided on a pair of Asic DS-Trainers and a pair of Asic 2100s.
